JUNIOR ACTIVITIES
Nippers is an activity for 5 to 14 year olds. Maroochydore SLSC manages a thriving Nipper programme which convenes every Sunday in summer, with trained coaches and managers overseeing the development and skills of the age groups.
Our Junior Activities programme instils lifesaving techniques from a young age and many Nippers go on to become trained Lifesavers at Maroochydore Beach. The programme however comes at a huge cost and your support helps us buy equipment to ensure as many young people as possible can take part.

LIFESAVING & TRAINING
Lifesaving is the core activity at the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club and our Lifesavers rely on training to expand their knowledge and improve their lifesaving techniques.
Your financial assistance goes towards purchasing vital lifesaving resources and enables Lifesavers to attend training courses to continue to develop their skills on and off the beach.

OUR NEW BUILDING
In 2022, our membership voted unanimously to endorse the Building and Works Committee’s suggestion to move forward with a plan to demolish the current clubhouse and rebuild, therefore meeting the future needs of the club and of the next generation.
We look forward to sharing ways that the community can donate to this project, and become part of this exciting build which will benefit both the lifesaving club, but also the local community.
